What we’re looking for… 

• Bachelor’s degree
• Six or more years of relevant work experience; 3+ years’ experience in managing large cross-functional projects
• Experience with project and program management and a proven track record of successful project execution
• Extensive JIRA expertise including Agile methodologies as it relates to project management
• The ability to manage escalated situations. This person will be required to articulate needs to stakeholders and relay pertinent information to management under tight deadlines
• Understanding obstacles and develop plans to overcome them
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate complex concepts in simple, actionable terms
• Highly motivated self-starter with preference to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment
• Experience presenting to management
• Experience with customer and sales flows in key CRM platforms and systems (i.e., SFDC, Adobe, etc.)

Even better if you have:
• Master’s degree – more impressive if you have an MBA

Key deliverables

This role will be primarily responsible for:
• Building Use Cases for new decisioning functionality and the impact to offer operations
• Initiating milestones and timelines
• Aligning people and a willingness to take action and follow through
• Writing user stories
• Developing comprehensive views that summarize activities for executive, marketing and technical leads
• Responsible for producing high quality deliverables in a timely fashion.
• Perform technical evaluation of products.
• Perform user story grooming, iteration planning and retrospectives as well as implementation activities.
• Responsible for analyzing problems for the overall system (s) and program (s) while acting independently.
• Work as a team member and provide technical leadership and/or business-related subject matter expertise on programs of varying complexity.
• Ensure systems implementations occur in accordance with established Change Control procedures.
• Proactively communicate status reports and issues to the manager
