- Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years’ experience; or 6 years’ experience in a related field
- Methodological Proficiency: Skilled in various research methods, including task-based testing, card sorting, focus groups, and survey creation.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey research findings effectively.
- Team Player: Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers.
- Technical Familiarity: Knowledge of tools such as Figma, Qualtrics, and Pendo.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing strategic research projects with measurable business outcomes.
