Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP TIPS Implementation Specialist with a strong background in the hospitality industry to lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Project System. The ideal candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), leveraging their technical expertise to gather requirements, implement and configure the system, document processes, and train end users. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful deployment of SAP TIPS for our organization, focusing on business process optimization, user adoption, and seamless transition of the system.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and map them to SAP TIPS functionalities.

Implementation & Configuration: Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP TIPS to meet business objectives. This includes defining structures, setting up project templates, and configuring system workflows.

Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.

Transition & Training: Provide training to end users and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth transition to the SAP system. Address questions and resolve issues during the go-live and stabilization phases.
