Required Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development.
8+ years of overall experience in integration development with tools such as MuleSoft, TIBCO, and SAP PI.
5+ years of experience in Database Cloud Service (DBCS) / Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) management, including agent installation and monitoring.
Proficiency in Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) design and development.
Advanced expertise with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including compartment objects and other technical components.
3+ years of experience leading and directing OIC development teams.
Strong skills in establishing best practices, policies, and governance frameworks specific to integration development, with a focus on OIC.
Highly Preferred Experience:
Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM integrations.
Background in Oracle Fusion FIN integrations.
Proven ability in designing end-to-end (E2E) integration solutions, from business requirements gathering to final solution delivery.
Oracle Identity Management experience is a plus.
Expert-level knowledge in governance practices for both OCI and OIC.
Proficiency in creating BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) reports for complex integration projects.
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with the configuration of Oracle Fusion modules.
Experience with executing complex integrations across diverse legacy systems and databases within tight timelines.
