Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer in AmazonConnect and AWS Expert to join a dynamic team and assist with migration from legacy contact center system to Amazon Connect. In this role, you will be responsible for the assessment, design, development, and implementation of complex contact center solutions leveraging Amazon Connect platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and operations to deliver high-quality, innovative, secure and scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business in a hyper-growth environment.
3* Title: Salesforce Technical Lead
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (Onsite from Day 1)
Brief Summary of Role:
As a Salesforce Technical Lead you would be responsible for the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements. Design and develop custom Salesforce applications and provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team. Ensure best practices in coding and deployment.
4* Role: Java FullStackDeveloper with AWS
Role: Plano TX, Wilmington, DE, NJ (onsite)
Job Responsibilities
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
Proficient in coding in one or more languages
Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages
Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
