Essential Skills: JD : IT Experience: 10+ yearsAI & ML Experience: 2+ yearsKey Responsibilities: • Oversee Technical Direction: Ensure alignment with organizational goals.• Ensure Code Quality: Implement and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed.• Address Complex Challenges: Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions.• Mentor and Guide Team Members: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.• Develop, Validate, Deploy, and Monitor GenAI Solutions: Work on generative AI (GenAI) embedded solutions across various use cases.• Conduct Rapid Experimentation: Experiment with GenAI use cases using Azure cloud AI and data services.• Utilize Open-Source Solutions: Develop and deploy GenAI embedded solutions using open-source tools.• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows by working closely with other teams.
