If they are currently in Wisconsin and have a working history in the state need 6+ years in the following:
- - ASP.NET Core
- - Blazor
- - ASP.NET Web Forms
- WCF Web Services
- Web APIs.
- SQL Server.
If they would need to relocate to Wisconsin, I would want to see the above items PLUS:
- Certifications in the MSFT Stack
- Prior History with State of WI or another state (specifically in DFI or its equivalent if another state)
