At least 5 years of experience in data governance, data management and analytics roles
Ability to lead and coordinate data governance initiatives across multiple business units and stakeholders
Experience in conducting data assessments and remediation plans to ensure compliance with data governance frameworks

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills to promote data governance awareness and adoption across the organization
Strong understanding of data governance principles and knowledge on laws and regulations related to records and data management

Nice to Have:

Experience with databases, SQL and data visualization tools is strongly preferred  
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related discipline is preferred
Insurance industry experience is a plus (not required)
