• Minimum 10+ years of experience in total in application development and at least 2 -3 years of experience in Contact Center space preferably chatbot
• Strong knowledge of Node.js
• Should have at least 2 years of hands on experience on GCP
• Should have hands on experience atleast of 2 years in Google DFCX and integrating DFCX agent with Cloud runs
• Nice to have knowledge of UJET & Google DFCX integration
• Configure and optimize UJET systems to meet business requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UJET configurations, integrations, and workflows
• Experience in CI/CD is required
• Should be able to coordinate with multiple SI partners and other teams in Cox
• Should be able to follow Agile Scrum cadence and have Jira knowledge
• UI development using CCaaS / web interfaces / NodeJs/SDKs
