Role :- Linux Consultant
Location :- Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead and participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Major Incident (MI) calls, providing Linux expertise and observability insights
– Identify and implement appropriate service level integrators to ensure optimal infrastructure availability
– Collaborate with application teams, support groups, and service providers to establish and refine observability processes and solutions
– Design, develop, and maintain observability frameworks for Linux-based systems
– Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions using shell scripting and other relevant technologies
– Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code and cloud provisioning tasks
– Quickly adapt to and learn new observability tools as needed
