- Design and develop user interfaces for micro-frontend applications using React.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create user-centric designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
- Implement responsive and accessible designs that work seamlessly across various devices and platforms.
- Work with back-end teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth functionality of micro-frontends.
- Optimize applications for performance and scalability in a micro-frontend architecture.

- Proven experience in UI/UX design and front-end development with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work.
- Proficiency in React and related technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Experience with micro-frontend architecture and frameworks (e.g., Module Federation, single-spa).
- Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and usability standards.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of responsive design techniques and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- WCAG Compliance: Check adherence to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for micro-frontend applications.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques specific to micro-frontend environments.
- Experience with backend technologies or APIs that integrate with React applications.
- A degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- An understanding of DevOps practices is a plus.
