| Essential Skills: | An experienced ABAP Developer with or without SAP Public Cloud environment experienced role, involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) tools, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP?s Clean Core principles. The expectations are,1. Development experience in SAP Private and Public Cloud Environment2. Build and maintain custom extensions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) tools such as the ABAP Environment (Steampunk), CAP (Cloud Application Programming), and Integration Suite.3. Develop side-by-side extensions for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud in alignment with SAP?s Clean Core principles.4. Configure and deploy Custom Business Objects (CBOs) and Custom Fields using SAP Public Cloud?s extensibility options.5. Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.6. Support process optimization initiatives by delivering innovative SAP Public Cloud-compatible solutions.7. Integrate SAP Public Cloud with external systems using APIs, OData services, and SAP Integration Suite.8. Conduct unit testing, support end-to-end testing, and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables.9. Optimize code and configurations within the restrictions of SAP Public Cloud.10. Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the SAP Public Cloud environment to ensure system stability.11. Prepare technical documentation for all developments, ensuring compliance with SAP Public Cloud guidelines.12. Adhere to SAP Public Cloud?s upgrade-safe development practices and contribute to maintaining a clean core system.Technical Skills:1. Strong experience with SAP ABAP development in both On-Premise and Public Cloud environments.2. Proficiency in SAP BTP (ABAP Environment/Steampunk), Custom CDS Views, and Fiori Elements.3. Knowledge of SAP Public Cloud extensibility options, including CBOs, Custom Fields, and Custom Logic.4. Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite, APIs, and OData Services for system integration.5. Experience working with SAP?s Clean Core development and upgrade-safe practices. |
| Desirable Skills: | Professional Experience(Onsite):1. 7?8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with at least 1?2 years focused on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or SAP BTP.2. Hands-on experience in implementing SAP Public Cloud solutions and extensions. |
