Skills:

Strong IT project management experience Required 10 Years

Proven experience in managing high-complexity projects and delivering successful outcomes. Required 10 Years

Experience with dashboard tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar Required 10 Years

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards Required 10 Years

Project management certificate (e.g., PMP) Required

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields with IT experience Required

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Required

Strong organizational and time management skills. Required

Expertise in Azure, AWS, MuleSoft, DevOps, and IT Service Management (ITSM) Highly desired 5 Years

Experience working with solution architects and cloud architects Highly desired 5 Years

Strong understanding of infrastructure and operational projects Highly desired 5 Years

Experience working in healthcare projects Highly desired 5 Years

Experience with helpdesk systems and managing helpdesk teams Highly desired 5 Years

 

Technical IT Project Manager to lead and manage high-complexity projects within the IN health department.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, cloud environments, and health care projects, with a focus on delivering innovative IT solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage high-complexity IT projects within the health department.

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, cloud architects, and DevOps engineers.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful project delivery.

• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.

• Coordinate with the helpdesk team to ensure smooth project implementation and support.

• Implement ITSM best practices and manage ITSM projects.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor project performance.

• Ensure compliance with health department regulations and standards.

• Work in a pressured environment handling multiple projects simultaneously.

• Provide oversight for a team of approximately 12 individuals.

• Manage large budget-related projects.

• Work with internal and external partners and internal teams.

• Work very closely with the PMO office to ensure compliance with PMO guidelines.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and higher executive staff, providing regular status reports to all audiences.
