Role                 : Technical Business Analyst with Gen AI

Location          : Altanta, GA (Onsite)

 

Skills Required:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and database management.
    • Experience with chatbot frameworks (e.g., Azure OpenAI Service) and NLP tools.
  • Functional Skills:
    • Strong understanding of retail business processes and workflows.
    • Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Soft Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
    • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing systems
  2. System Design and Implementation:
    • Design and implement technical solutions that align with business objectives.
    • Develop and customize software applications to meet specific retail domain needs
  3. Chatbot Development and Integration:
    • Lead the implementation of chatbot solutions, including natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning models.
    • Integrate chatbots with existing retail systems to enhance customer service and operational efficiency
  4. Project Management:
    • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts.
  5. Testing and Quality Assurance:
    • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and performance of implemented solutions.
    • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  6. Documentation and Training:
    • Create detailed documentation for system designs, processes, and user manuals.
    • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems
  7. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.
    • Develop reports and dashboards to monitor system performance and business metrics
  8. Customer Support and Troubleshooting:
    • Offer technical support and troubleshoot issues related to implemented systems and chatbots.
    • Ensure high availability and reliability of retail systems and chatbot services
