Job Description/ Responsibilities
– Develop and maintain software applications using Synon, DB2/400, and CLP to meet business requirements.
– Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications to ensure smooth operation.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new software features.
– Implement IT Service Management best practices to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our software solutions.
– Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
– Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
– Create and maintain technical documentation for software applications and processes.
– Ensure software solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
– Work closely with the Pharmacy Benefit Management team to understand domain-specific requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
– Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our software offerings.
– Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers as needed.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure software solutions align with business goals and objectives.
– Contribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in team meetings and discussions.
