Sr UX Designer:
Job Title: Sr UX Designer (Onsite)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior UX Designer with 10+ years of experience to design intuitive, user-centered solutions to transform and uplift existing digital platform. The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functionsal teams to redefine user experiences, improve engagement, and ensure seamless interactions across all interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Analysis:
- Analyze existing systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and scenarios to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Design & Prototyping:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Design intuitive navigation systems, layouts, and interaction flows
- Design user interfaces and workflows that align with the business objectives and enhance user satisfaction.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align UX strategies with project goals.
- Facilitate workshops and design thinking sessions for ideation and feedback.
- Present design concepts, user insights, and rationale to stakeholders and leadership.
- Testing & Validation:
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine designs.
- Ensure the final product meets accessibility and responsive design standards.
- Innovation:
- Stay updated with UX trends, tools, and best practices to implement innovative solutions.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles in all phases of the transformation project.
Qualifications:
- Technical Skills:
- Must Have
- Experience: 10+ years in UX design, with a proven portfolio of transformation or large-scale digital projects.
- Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design platforms.
- Strong understanding of UX methodologies, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Hands-on experience with usability testing tools (e.g., UsabilityHub, Optimal Workshop).
- Nice to have:
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines (e.g., WCAG)
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
- Creativity and ability to think new ideas
Work effectively in an onshore-offshore model, facilitating seamless collaboration and communication.
