Solution Engineer

Location: Candidates on the West Coast (PST Hours) 100% REMOTE
Candidates need to have experience with HEALTHCARE PAYER/PAYOR (sometimes spelled both ways) experience. THIS IS A MUST.
They need to have IMPLEMENTATION experience with EITHER TPA or Zelis. Zelis is hard to find.

System Implementation:

Execute the technical aspects of implementing Zelis Payment Integrity solutions, including system setup, configuration, and integration

Ensure that the TPA systems are properly configured to handle claims processing and benefits administration

Data Analysis:

Analyze healthcare payer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Use data-driven insights to optimize payment integrity and reduce billing inaccuracies

Customer Support:

Act as a technical advisor to clients, helping them understand and leverage the implemented solutions.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure the systems operate smoothly.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product teams, data scientists, and software engineers to enhance the product suite based on customer feedback

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet their needs and expectations.

Continuous Improvement:

Continuously seek ways to improve system performance and efficiency.

Stay informed about new technologies and best practices in healthcare IT.
