Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 8+ years of experience in a techno-functional capacity, specifically with expertise in the Field Service Management (FSM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) modules. As a key member of our development team, you will work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance our ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions, focusing on FSM and EAM modules.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet user requirements.
- Create and maintain documentation related to system design, development, and implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure optimal performance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong expertise in Field Service Management (FSM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) modules.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and web services.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar certification.
- Experience in other ServiceNow modules is a plus.
