* Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and ability to create visually appealing and functional designs.
ITOM Visibility:
* Proficiency in ITOM Visibility, including service mapping and operational intelligence.
* Experience in deploying discovery solutions and integrating third-party tools for visibility.
Technical Skills:
