Role: Service Now Developer

Location: Onsite (TX OR NJ)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Must have 14+ years of experience

Required Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
Proven experience with ServiceNow administration, including the management of user, group, and role records
Ability to create and manage Access Control Lists (ACLs) and Query Business Rules (QBRs)
Familiarity with the migration of Update Sets between environments
Experience in conducting quality assurance testing for ServiceNow changes
Proficiency in developing catalog items, workflows, and forms within the ITSM module
Knowledge of managing and verifying the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Experience with modifying forms, choice lists, UI components, flows, playbooks, UI actions, and catalog scripts in the Security Operations module
Skilled in modifying forms, choice lists, UI components, flows, UI actions, and catalog scripts in the Strategic Portfolio Management module
Ability to modify forms, choice lists, UI components, flows, UI actions, and catalog scripts in the ITOM module
Experience with monitoring and maintaining ServiceNow Discovery processes
Competence in modifying forms, choice lists, UI components, flows, UI actions, and catalog scripts in the IT Asset Management module
Knowledgeable in monitoring and maintaining IT Asset Management data
