This position is designed to reduce our reliance on Salesforce professional Services. The expectation is that they will be a motivated and self-directed individual who will push the Salesforce professional services team to allow them to take over leading of the team’s work. Someone that waits for work to be assigned to them will not be successful in this role. Default is to configure (declarative development) versus custom Apex but must be strong in Apex for when we do need to write it.
