Role: Salesforce Support Lead

Job Description:
• 7-8 years IT experience in consulting and services
• Core Salesforce Sales/Service cloud experience (3+ years)
• Salesforce Experience Cloud experience/exposure
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience and ability to understand and triage issues to provide solutions.
• Experience dealing with customer IT SMEs, Business SMEs to understand the issues
• Drive discussions with SMEs for solutions and solution sign off
• Ticket assignment, Offshore team management and sync up
• Utilize time with Change Control Board, compliance to determine the needs and proactively put up the plans for ticket resolution
• Thought leadership to suggest the enhancements, identify ticket trends predict ticket volumes etc …
• Invest time in SOPs, setting up processes and work towards maturity of AMS along with advanced tools, current market trends, AI etc…
• Help reporting in terms weekly KPI reports, trends, MTTR, etc..
• Salesforce configurations approval processes, flows, custom objects, lightning pages
• Understanding of APEX , VF, LWC, Triggers. Preferred hands on programming.
• Salesforce Health Cloud experience/exposure is a plus
