Title: Salesforce Functional Consultant Needed

Location: Onsite – Edan Prairie MN (Need Local candidate Only with DL)

Visa : USC GC and H4EAD

I am sending this out to a few vendors but looking for a Sr Functional SFDC Consultant that can actually backup their experience on their resume.

• 12 Month Project
• Location: Edan Prairie – 1-2 days week onsite mandatory. Considering Locals.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and define key audiences and business processes (current state and future state)
• Lead and facilitate design, consulting, and requirements gathering sessions with clients
• Analyze business and technical requirements and provide strategic recommendations and approaches in conjunction with other team leads and client stakeholders
• Provide guidance and co-lead project team with other project team leads
• Design, oversee, and drive end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions in collaboration with technical counterparts
• Translate business requirements into user stories for project team development

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• 7+ years of Salesforce experience
• Salesforce certifications, including Experience Cloud, CPQ Consultant certifications are a plus
• Experience in all phases of systems development
• Experience with Agile development methodology (e.g. Scrum)
• Excellent executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to be onsite with clients located with their same geographic market.
