Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Minnesota, MN-Hybrid (preferred locals)
Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:
The selected candidate will be responsible for Salesforce development, system integrations, and maintaining business workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute Salesforce development projects, including customizations, automations, and integrations with other systems.
- Design and develop automated workflows, process builders, and flows to enhance business processes and increase operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the delivery of appropriate technical solutions.
- Partner with Project Managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, contributing to detailed project planning and management.
- Work closely with Solutions Architects, Business Analysts, and QA teams to develop test cases and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for Salesforce solutions.
- Manage and document change requests to project scope or requirements.
- Ensure the development and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for all Salesforce solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years as a Salesforce Developer.
- Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform App Builder certifications.
Desired Skills:
- Certification in Salesforce Platform Developer II.
- 3-5 years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
- Proficiency in using Azure DevOps (ADO) for project management and deployment processes.
- Experience working with state or federal government agencies.
- Knowledge or experience in the mortgage and real estate industry.
