Job Title: Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant
Location: Columbus, OH (Work from Office)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Responsibilities:
• Assess customer data strategies and recommend Data Cloud solutions.
• Design data models, identity resolution strategies, and data ingestion processes.
• Guide integration of multiple data sources (Sales/Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, external systems).
• Define data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to map customer data journeys.
• Provide expertise on Data Cloud features like segmentation, activation, and insights.
• Support Data Cloud credit optimization and cost-effective implementation.
• Conduct user training and enablement sessions.
