Salesforce Business analyst with Jira experience

The Business Analyst must be prepared to:
·         Develop and document business processes to illustrate current and future state
·         Gathering stakeholder feedback, categorizing and prioritizing information
·         Review and analyze user feedback to identify common themes, trends and recommend areas for improvement
·         Stay connected with users, keeping them informed about the status of their submitted recommendations
·         Convert user feedback into actionable user stories (within JIRA) that reflect the desirable business process
·         Must have worked in prior Salesforce implementation and have required Salesforce skillset
·         Be prepared to draft test cases that are user friendly and make sense
·         Confirm system meets submitted requirements by actively participating in system testing activities
·         Support end user testing activities by tracking progress and conducting any required follow ups
·         Communicate findings, recommendations and project updates to the Apple Matters core team
·         Must be comfortable liaising between technical and business team membersAdditional Requirements
·         Minimum 5 years of experience serving as a Business Analyst
·         Experience in Legal Operations a plus
·         Experience with business process modeling; mandatory
·         Familiarity using Apple based tools required (JIRA, Miro, Chorus, Quip, Keynote, Wrike); mandatory
·         Excellent verbal and communication skills; mandatory
·         Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision; mandatory
·         Collaboration, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making skills and attention to detail; mandatory
