Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Business Analyst with 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to accurately identify and document business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear and concise functional specifications.
- Salesforce Solution Design:
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, including workflows, reports, custom objects, and validation rules.
- Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and Salesforce standards.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple Salesforce projects, from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce solutions, such as process flows, data models, and technical specifications.
- Educate and promote Salesforce best practices and standards within the organization.
- Backlog Management:
- Participate in backlog grooming sessions to prioritize and refine product backlog items.
- Assist the product owner in defining product vision and roadmap.
- Scope Management:
- Monitor project scope and identify any potential deviations from the original scope.
- Manage change requests and ensure they are properly documented and approved.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Salesforce Service Cloud: Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Apex, and Visualforce (preferred).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
