Job description:
Experience in User License Management and good experience in declarative features like Validation rules ,Workflows, Approval Proecss ,sharing rules, Process Builders to automate complex business process automations .
Well versed in new user set up /activation /deactivation , roles , profiles, permissions ,public groups,page layouts, Alerts and actions and approval workflows.
Taking care of and resolving User/Business support tickets
Responsible for Salesforce configuration changes mainly related to Flows, custom settings, fields, records.
Managing salesforce reports and dashboards. This is to track overall platform performance and user engagement.
Responsible for setting up accesses for different org users.
Manage integrations between Salesforce CRM and sales cloud , including data imports/exports and syncing customer data across platforms.
Monitor platform performance ,address technical issues and work with Salesforce support if necessary.
Coordinate with different stakeholders like technical analysts, System integrators, developers and testers to manange integrations.
Experience in data Migration by using Salesforce in house tools like Apex data loader./Metadata deployement
Experience in creating custom buttons , global and object specific actions , buttons and links.
Proficient in creating Apex classes, controller classes and apex triggers ,packages for various functiona needs in the application
