Qualifications

AWS Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
OpenShift/ROSA Administration: 3-5 years of strong administration skills in OpenShift or ROSA environments.
DevOps Expertise: 2-4 years of practical experience in DevOps methodologies.
Configuration Management: 2-4 years of experience with Helm charts and YAML configuration.

Responsibilities

Designed, constructed, tested, implemented, and optimized infrastructure systems to meet business needs.
Investigated and resolved Level 1 issues related to network infrastructure hardware.
Utilized standard tools for technical problem analysis, identification, and resolution.
Served as an escalation point for Level 1 problem or incident management.
Analyzed performance issues and recommended solutions to enhance system functionality, reliability, and usability.
Acted as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and technical teams to facilitate problem resolution.
Conducted high-level analysis of complex network system integrations.
Applied specialized knowledge in network infrastructure for system design, construction, testing, implementation, and optimization.
Led teams in providing advanced design, architecture, and diagnostic support for network solutions.
Responsible for the design, configuration, development, integration, and implementation of network solutions, leveraging both IT and industry knowledge.
