Role: Salesforce admin

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Locals)(Hybrid)

Maybe a nice-to-have is someone who has worked in a Salefoce instance that is product based, but even that may not really matter.

Technical Proficiency:
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform and its features
- Ability to configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
- Knowledge of data management and integration tools
Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:
- Capacity to troubleshoot issues and find efficient solutions
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into Salesforce functionality
- Skills in data analysis and reporting to provide actionable insights
Communication and Collaboration:
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Skill in gathering and documenting user requirements
