Role:- Electrical Tester
Location- Lake Forest CA

Must: Testing Medical Equipment

 

Key Responsibilities:

Perform electrical testing and validation on circuits, systems, and components.

Conduct functional, performance, and reliability tests to ensure product compliance.

Utilize oscilloscopes, multi meters, power analysers, and other electrical test equipment.

Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot electrical faults and failures in systems and components.

Develop and execute test plans, test protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide testing.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations (IEC, UL, ISO, etc.).

Document test results, generate reports, and communicate findings to engineers and stakeholders.

Work collaboratively with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve issues.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5–10 years of hands-on experience in electrical testing, troubleshooting, and validation.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and testing methodologies.

Proficiency in using oscilloscopes, power meters, signal generators, and other testing tools.

Experience with high-voltage and low-voltage electrical testing.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Understanding of safety and compliance standards (IEC, UL, NFPA, OSHA, etc.).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for diagnosing electrical issues.

Experience in medical device testing is a plus but not mandatory.
