Job Title: Workday Adaptive Planning Specialist

Location: Remote

Duration: 12-month contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and Manage Workday Adaptive Planning: Configure, maintain, and optimize models, dashboards, and reports to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points, streamline workflows, and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Data Integration and Validation: Ensure seamless integration of data from multiple systems and maintain data integrity within Adaptive Planning.
  • Training and Support: Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure the organization leverages Workday Adaptive Planning to its full potential.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements.
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting: Create and deliver custom reports and analyses as requested by leadership.

 

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Total IT experience should be 8+ years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Experience with multi-dimensional modeling and analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Workday Adaptive Planning certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data integration tools like Workday Prism or other ETL solutions.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like Workday Financials or other financial systems.
