Responsibilities:
- Training Program Strategy and Planning:
- Develop a comprehensive strategy for training content related to Generative AI tools and methodologies, aligned with the organization’s objectives
- Conduct needs assessments to understand knowledge gaps and skill requirements within different teams
- Design scalable, impactful, and engaging training programs that cover core concepts, tools, and real-world applications of Generative AI
- Content Creation and Curation:
- Lead the creation of high-quality, easy-to-understand training content, including video tutorials, documentation, hands-on exercises, webinars, and other learning materials
- Collaborate with AI experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to the audience
- Curate external resources (research papers, case studies, online courses) to supplement internal training programs
- Program Delivery and Facilitation:
- Coordinate and execute the delivery of training sessions (live, virtual, on-demand) for different teams, ensuring smooth execution and engagement
- Manage internal and external instructors, ensuring training delivery is consistent and effective
- Facilitate workshops and hands-on labs to enhance learning experiences
- Stakeholder Management and Communication:
- Serve as the key point of contact for Generative AI training needs within the organization
- Work closely with senior leadership, HR, and department heads to ensure alignment with business goals and to provide updates on training progress and effectiveness
- Create and maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders to gather feedback, adapt training programs, and measure training effectiveness
- Program Tracking and Continuous Improvement:
- Establish metrics for evaluating the success of training programs (e.g., learner engagement, knowledge retention, application of skills)
- Regularly assess the impact of training programs and implement improvements based on feedback and evolving AI technologies
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in Generative AI to ensure training materials remain relevant and cutting-edge
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with teams such as product management, data science, and IT to ensure training content is practical and applicable to real-world projects
- Collaborate with other program managers to ensure alignment and integration with broader employee development and technology adoption strategies
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5+ years in project management, program management, or learning and development, with a focus on technology or AI
- Experience working with or within AI/tech teams, particularly in Generative AI applications such as natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or generative models (e.g., GPT, GANs)
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale training programs in a corporate or enterprise environment
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies and their business applications
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with instructional design, e-learning platforms, and adult learning principles
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
