Production Support Analyst
Responsibilities
- Under general direction, proactively monitor and troubleshoot issues with production applications.
- Perform the necessary tasks to ensure continuous processing according to published business documentation and standards.
- Open and review incidents in the incident tracking system (ServiceNow, Jira) to ensure documentation is accurate and complete by incident management best practices.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience monitoring production applications and resolving application issues.
- 1+ year of experience with Linux/Unix/AIX and Windows operating systems, including basic line command knowledge.
- Experience with monitoring tools (i.e., Dynatrace, Control-M) and ticketing tools (i.e,. ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira).
- Ability to work 7:00 am-3:30 pm CST hours.
