Job: Product Owner with P&C
Location: Iselin, NJ (Onsite from Day 1)
Duration: Long Term
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
– Define and prioritize product backlog items based on business value, customer needs, and market trends
– Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and development teams to ensure alignment on product vision and requirements
– Develop and maintain product roadmaps, use cases, and user stories
– Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform product decisions
– Work closely with development teams to ensure successful product delivery
– Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
– Communicate product plans, progress, and changes to stakeholders and customers
– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience in the Property and Casualty insurance industry
– 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
– Strong knowledge of insurance software solutions and industry trends
– Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
– Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fie
