Technical Skill Set• Proficiency in Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, Experience with Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives).• Expertise in tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or Trello for managing product backlogs, sprints, and workflows.• Ability to write clear, actionable user stories and epics with well-defined acceptance criteria.• Familiarity with use case modeling and story mapping• Basic understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP), endpoints, and integrations to support development discussions.• Awareness of system architecture (frontend, backend, database) for technical feasibility assessments.• Familiarity with QA processes, automated testing, and tools like Selenium, Postman, or Cypress.• Defining test scenarios for user stories• Using data to prioritize features and validate product performance• Functional Skill SetBacklog Management and Refinement• Prioritizing and managing the product backlog to ensure the delivery of maximum value.• Managing relationships with business, technical teams, and external stakeholders.• Acting as a liaison to translate business requirements into technical features.• Creating and maintaining a product roadmap aligned with business goals and Agile principles.• Communicating updates and changes effectively to stakeholders.• Collaborating with Scrum Masters and development teams to plan and execute sprints.• Ensuring incremental delivery of value with every sprint.• Managing changing requirements in an Agile environment.• Identifying risks and working proactively with teams to mitigate them• Understanding product ROI, cost implications, and revenue generation strategies.• Effective Communication and Leadership• Leading cross-functional teams and facilitating Agile ceremonies.• Clearly articulating the product vision and progress to stakeholders.8+• Effectively playing the role of a Product Owner for Digital Transformation ( Data Centric and Infrastructure ) projects .• Ability to capture business statements and pain areas in a clear manner by means of creating epics and user stories .• Documenting , acceptance criteria , manage tasks/stories in JIRA with right information by acting as a liaison between technical and business teams .• Collaborate with external & internal teams to create designs and to perfect the applications ( Mockups , Wireframes and Screenshots ) – Prototyping .• Facilitate and perform the demo (show & tell) during the sprint review for each story / stories to ensure the expected business value is achieved.• Create product roadmap for RTB(Real-Time Bidding) and new initiatives. Work with various stakeholders to prioritize work across the product roadmap and various teams’ dependencies. • Track and manage relevant OKR’s and KPI’s.• Identify risks and communicate them to leadership and various stakeholders. • Collect high level business requirements, translate them to functional requirements.
