Role: Oracle WMS-Techno Functional Consultant

Location: Fort mill, SC or Charlotte,NC

Duration: Long term

Experience: 10 years needed

Note: WMS Exp need to be in the Recent projects

Functional & Technical Expertise:

•In-depth knowledge of WMS platforms and their application in retail environments.

•Strong technical understanding of system configurations, data flows, and integration between WMS , TMS, WCS

•Experience with SQL, data mapping, and technical troubleshooting.

Warehouse Operations Knowledge:

•Hands-on knowledge of warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, slotting optimization, and reverse logistics.

•Experience with warehouse automation technologies such as barcode/RFID scanners, voice-directed picking, and robotics.

Communication & Collaboration:

•Excellent communication skills to work effectively with warehouse teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

•Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking:

•Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve WMS-related issues.

•Ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize warehouse operations for efficiency.

Change Management:

•Ability to develop and deliver effective training sessions and materials.
