Solution architect with 15 Years of experience to provide development and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
Responsibilities:
Develop architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for Oracle Cloud HCM Applications
Provide architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation
Work with all stakeholders to monitor and track progress of workstreams to ensure successful project execution
Lead planning, scoping, and creation of technical solutions in implementation projects
Create Proof-of-Concept projects to validate the solution
Understand functional requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test the proposed solution
Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to multiple teams involved in building innovative applications
Liaise with offshore teams and clients to resolve technical dependencies, issues, and risks
Skills/Knowledge:
Extensive Experience in managing Inbound and Outbound Interfaces and solution design. Perform business requirement study and RCA, Data migration, and coordinate with other HRIT teams, and to execute tasks requested for the modules HR, Payroll, OTL, Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management and Goals, Absences and Recruiting.
Highly skilled to provide Development & Support activities in Oracle HCM Cloud modules HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Performance Management & Goals, Absence Management, Recruitment)
Should be able to handle independently the Payroll and Retro processes, Elements, Fast Formula in US Legislation
Strong experience with BIP, OTBI, HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, User Defined Tables, Flex Fields, Value Sets and integration with external systems.
Strong knowledge in HCM Cloud table architecture and table relations along with SQL / PLSQL coding.
Ability to work on multiple Databases and tools (Oracle, SQL Server, Informatica, Snowflake) in the platforms such as AS400 or Mainframe are an added advantage
Experience in creating and maintaining Functional Design Documentation, Technical Design Documentation, Test Scripts, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and fix support issues, prepare Change Request ICR) for solution migrations, perform UAT and conduct User Training for any requirements and development.
Experience in any incident/helpdesk management tools like JIRA, GLPi, OpsGenie and work with Oracle Support for any SRs.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
