Position               :           Lead Oracle finance Cloud functional

Duration               :          6 months contract

An Oracle Finance Cloud Functional Analyst is responsible for providing ongoing support, implementing enhancements, and managing Oracle’s quarterly updates for financial modules. This role ensures the stability and continuous improvement of the Oracle Cloud Financials system to meet business needs.

  • Oracle Cloud hands on experience with configuration, triage and problem/incident resolution across his/her relevant track.

Key Responsibilities

Key Activities:

  • Alignment to the business leads for corresponding track, the functional owners and process leaders
  • Validates prioritization and categorization of tickets, changes, and enhancements with the business
  • Maintain close coordination with functional owners; work with relevant leads to balance workload across resources/technology and application
  • Facilitate user acceptance and validation of functionality with the business
  • Perform impact assessments for Oracle Cloud upgrades
  • Kroger Functional Leads will double up as a Functional Analyst.
  • Work with business process owners and functional leads to prioritize workload
  • Provide Oracle Cloud and subject matter expertise to the BPO’s. Keep up to date on Oracle Cloud functionality and training
  • Organize around module functionality but ability to cross over
  • Work with BPO’s to develop requirements for Oracle Cloud changes and work with relevant Oracle Cloud CoE resource to implement change
  • Assist with testing of integration / security cases
  • Perform impact assessments for Oracle Cloud upgrades
  • Manage the configurations of the Oracle Cloud applications
  • Coordinate feature/function cases with Oracle Cloud
  • Identify areas for process improvement and sponsor improvement activities
  • Assist in documenting requirements for Oracle Cloud reports

 

High possibility of contract extension

This role is onshore support during the day – there’s offshore support during the night
