Job Title: Oracle EBS Technical Lead

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with a strong background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and XML reporting. The ideal candidate will possess both technical and managerial skills, with the ability to lead offshore teams, coordinate with DBAs, and ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage technical teams, including conducting daily status calls with offshore teams.
• Oversee DBA meetings and ensure smooth coordination during weekly reviews.
• Perform technical sanity tests during monthly maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to draft technical and functional documentation (MD50s).
• Engage in requirement gathering and project scoping, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze the latest technical tools and recommend innovations to improve organizational processes.
Technical Skill Requirements:
• Oracle EBS Technical expertise, with knowledge of INV, PO, AP, AR, GL modules.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with XML Reporting.
• OAF knowledge (Good to have).
• Experience with Conversion and Interfaces in Oracle EBS.
• In-depth understanding of Oracle EBS R12.2.x.
Managerial Skill Requirements:
• Strong leadership and coordination skills, capable of managing offshore teams and ensuring timely project delivery.
• Experience in Requirement Gathering and Project Scoping.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across various departments.
• Competency in analyzing and adopting the latest technical tools to drive improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
