Who is having SUPER STRONG experience in Talent ETL tool to create Data Pipelines and interact with multiple source systems

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes using Talend to integrate data from various sources into target systems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and create technical solutions.

Develop data models, data flows, and architectures to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability.

Oversee the development of ETL pipelines and troubleshoot performance issues.

Establish best practices for ETL development and ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

Mentor and guide team members in Talend best practices and ETL development techniques.

Monitor and maintain the Talend environment, ensuring system stability and efficiency.

Document ETL processes, workflows, and architecture for future reference.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 10+ of hands-on experience with Talend ETL tools.

Proficiency in designing and implementing data integration solutions.

Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server).

Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and integrating cloud-based data sources.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
