Key Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand goals, gather requirements, and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
Perform data modeling, cleansing, and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Work closely with IT teams to design and implement data solutions, including databases, warehouses, and analytics tools.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
Prepare presentations and reports summarizing insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data analysis and reporting tools.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 8+ years of experience in business data analysis or a related role.
Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in SQL and database querying.
Knowledge of data analytics techniques, statistical methods, and predictive modeling.
Familiarity with Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, and macros).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
