1. Should have worked extensively in COBOL, VSAM, DB2, JCL, File aid, endevor.
2. Should have good hands-on knowledge on IBM Mainframe with minimum of 5 years’ experience.
3. Should have Production Support experience and create & follow the Standard Operating Procedures.
4. Should have knowledge on ITIL process – at bare minimum Incident Management, Change Management & Service
Request Management. Preferably worked on any Ticketing tool
5. Should have client facing experience in the form of attending daily status calls.
6. Should have good written and oral communication skills
7. Willing to work in different shift timings
