•          6+ years of experience designing, developing, testing and implementing, scalable and high-performance BI and analytic solutions; at least 5 of these years of experience should be as a SSRS developer.

•          3+ years of experience reading, writing, defining, executing, and interpreting complex SQL queries.

•          3+ years of Azure DevOps experience.

•          Banking experience. 

 

Detailed JD :

USEReady is seeking a Senior Fullstack Agile Developer with experience working in relational databases in a reporting and analytics environment.  Be responsible for creating and engineering lists, extracts, reports with various visualizations and aggregations to enrich color prediction game list the organizations data driven decision making or operational reporting. Maintain various reporting systems to store, organize and access data. Must be hands on and will own the full development lifecycle, including specification gathering, defining requirements, designing and prototyping.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

•             Develop customized reports or lists using SSRS (Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services) and Cognos wi.th drilldown/drill-through capabilities

•             Create SSIS packages to process data into the data warehouse or generate extracts for 3rd-party systems.

•             Translate Business Requirement Documents into deliverables by analyzing data needs.

•             Help develop KPI specifications with business owners to enrich the data warehouse from various data sources.

•             Become a subject matter expert of SSRS and the existing datasets and data infrastructure.

•             Support all phases of the project development lifecycle using SDLC and Agile project methodologies. 

•             Coach report consumers on using/navigate SSRS and Cognos

•             Provide ad hoc data support for critical reporting needs.

•             Utilize effective data visualization techniques

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

•             Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Economics, Business or a related field

•             6+ years of experience designing, developing, testing and implementing, scalable and high-performance BI and analytic solutions; at least 5 of these years of experience should be as a SSRS developer.

•             3+ years of experience reading, writing, defining, executing, and interpreting complex SQL queries.

•             3+ years of Azure DevOps experience.

•             Banking experience. 

•             Strong understanding of design strategies around information display.

•             Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

•             Self-motivated, quality-oriented, delivery-oriented, and able to self-prioritize work.

•             Ability to deliver quality work within deadlines while managing numerous priorities.

•             Able to work well with complexity and ambiguity while maintaining a sense of urgency.

•             Advanced level of technical, caregiver jobs with visa sponsorship in usa , financial modeling, and reporting skills.

•             Experience in a variety of analytical techniques for solving problems.

•             Ability to define a vision and influence the strategic direction of how data will be sourced, extracted, transferred, and loaded for business intelligence, innovative analytics, and strategic reporting.

•             Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex results to a business audience including C-level executives.

•             Applied experience solving real world customer scenarios helping customers think through technical solutions to business challenges.

•             Proven track-record of framing analytical problems, driving insights, and influencing decisions across a diverse set of stakeholders

•             Experience with corporate data solutions in gathering datasets from multiple data sources into a central repository.

•             Must be bondable

 

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

• Certification from Microsoft or IBM.
