Description

Lead the migration of TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW), Enterprise Message Service (EMS), and BusinessEvents (BE) applications to Java-based solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot.

• Implement and manage Kafka-based messaging and streaming solutions.

• Deploy and manage applications on OpenShift.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Optimize and troubleshoot migration solutions to ensure high performance and reliability.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for migration solutions.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Essential Skills: Architect Required Skills:

• Extensive experience with TIBCO Business Works (BW), Enterprise Message Service (EMS), and BusinessEvents (BE).

• Experience with Java coding and Spring Boot.

• Proficiency in designing and implementing integration solutions and messaging systems.

• Experience with Apache/Confluent Kafka, including setup, configuration, and management.

• Experience with OpenShift or other container orchestration platforms.

• Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns and best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience in leading a technical team and Interacting with stakeholders for requirement gathering and Analysis

• Experience in interacting with offshore team and coordinating delivery Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with other integration and messaging technologies.

• Certification in TIBCO, Java, or Kafka technologies.
