Need Ex Infosys Preferred Experience(Mandatory)
Role description:
Engage with stakeholders and IT to support the development, delivery, and management of the enterprise document platform
Support digitalization and storage of documents created from business process (e.g., Loan Origination, Account Opening)
Prepare detailed and clear user stories, use cases, process flows, and other related documentation.
coordinate the records lifecycle management to ensure compliance with financial service industry laws, regulations, and corporate requirements
Perform gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments to validate requirements and propose solutions.
support document search and retrieval for business processes via secure access controls and policies
records retention and disposal according to internal policies or external mandates, supported by workflow-based approvals
partner with IT and multiple vendors depending on the product class
Expertise:
proven knowledge in document management, ideally 5 years’ worth of experience.
experience working in the financial services industry, preferably banking and wealth management
familiarity with document management risks and solutions in a digital environment.
knowledgeable in agile methodologies and delivery.
excellent problem solving analytical and investigative skills, detail-orientation, independent thinking, and organizational skills
ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and high-level of attention to detail
strong verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to peers and management.
