Position: SAP HPE Superdome

Location: San Francisco, CA

 Job Description:    

• Setup & Manage the SAP HANA/S4 infrastructure environment on HPE Superdome Flex Install server hardware and operating systems and related utilities and assist with server and parts inventory as needed.
• Adhere to standard configuration for servers and recommends changes as needed for improved server performance or management.
• Identify the need for and assist with the documentation of processes and procedures.
• Technical Requirements Install, configure and maintain Redhat & SUSE Linux on HPE Superdome and Synergy Hardware
• Install and configure HA environment using HP Service Guard and SUSE Pacemaker.
• Patch and Package administration Install, upgrade, & administer tools & agents.
• Configure and administer LVM, tune file systems (Synchronous and asynchronous I/O), online JFS Write shell scripts to accomplish day to day system administration task Troubleshoot Hardware and Operating system related issue Understanding of SAN and NAS storage.
• Configure Unix Security baseline & server hardening
• Security Administration Add/remove/Troubleshoot Security Policies
