Location: Iselin, NJ (Need local candidates) Hybrid role 3 days onsite per week

Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for managing the product backlog. Product backlog items PBIs must be improved and further refined, priorities reassessed, and the backlog must be kept current and up to date.
- Responsible for creating user stories to help team members understand the context for each product feature.
- Responsible for assessing the development process at various stages to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Solely responsible for the prioritization of the business backlog items.
- Facilitate daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.
- Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints to track the progress of the product development.
- Evaluation and acceptance of the deliverables on the level of individual stories, sprints, releases
- Effective communication to collaborate with stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams.
- Handle the customer impacting events through incident management cycle.
- Generate and analyze operations reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain Team Metrics and continuously review OKRs and KPI
- Technical background with knowledge of software development and familiarity with API or AI or QA
- Hands on Experience with Atlassian Jira.
- Team spirit and good communication abilities.
- Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development, deployment, testing Functional and Application.
- Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen.
- Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
