Technical Support Requirements:Build, maintain and troubleshoot business rulesBuild, maintain and troubleshoot custom print formsManage user groups and permissionsManage versions and releasesMonitor system performance, logs etc.Monitor and maintain integrations. nCino Mortgage, Optimal Blue, etc.Prepare HMDA (Home Mortgage Disclosure Act) update files and batch to EncompassManage reporting database and data warehouseBusiness rule writing for new issues that arise per the Market and the business model Build and maintain DDM (Dynamic Data Management) tables and rules. Fees and other fields. Business Support Requirements:Run Hotlist dailyBuild and maintain Crystal Reports for schedulerRun monthly survey reportsMaintain service passwords at vendor and in LOSMaintain business contacts in LOS (payees, employees, etc.)Build ad-hoc reportsCollaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on priorities. Technical Skills Required:Technical Troubleshooting Business line knowledge (Banking / Consumer Lending)Microsoft SQL server Windows OSMonitoring Tools ? Solarwinds, BOTsDocumentation ? ServiceNow, ConfluenceMicrosoft Office, Office 365Understanding of networking, firewall, IP segmenting, whitelisting etc. Disaster Recovery, BCPIIS, (Apache Tomcat is plus)Incident/Change ManagementVendor Management Tools and Software Used:ServiceNowWindow troubleshooting toolsConfluence Mortgage platforms Appraisal Platforms Document share platformsApplication monitoring platforms (SolarWinds)Microsoft Office tools
