Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MDM (Master Data Management) Analyst with expertise in Healthcare Organizations (HCO), Healthcare Providers (HCP), and Patient Product Management. The candidate will play a critical role in managing and optimizing data quality, governance, and integration processes to ensure the accurate and efficient use of master data across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define MDM solutions for HCO, HCP, and Patient Product data.
- Develop and maintain data models, workflows, and governance frameworks to support master data management initiatives.
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate MDM solutions with existing systems and applications.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of master data, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Support the implementation of MDM tools and technologies, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Provide subject matter expertise in HCO, HCP, and Patient Product domains.
- Generate reports and insights to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
Required Skills:

MDM Expertise:
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management principles, processes, and tools.
- Experience with MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, or similar.

Healthcare Domain Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of Healthcare Organizations (HCO), Healthcare Providers (HCP), and Patient Product Management.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR).

Data Management Skills:
- Proficiency in data modeling, data profiling, and cleansing techniques.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.

Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in creating dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
